Samuel Valverde

Pastor Sam Valverde has been the Senior Pastor of Fountain of Truth for over 22 years. Together with his wife Rachel and their sons Samuel Jr. (Now married to Celeste) and
Timothy and their daughter Rachel Anne, they have overseen the growth of FTC from 84 members in 1984 to a membership total of 1,200 as of January 2008.

Sam Rojas

Sam Rojas and his wife, Sis. Edna Alicia, transferred to Fountain of Truth Church in July of 2000. They have been married for 12 years, and have two children, Mikayla and Samuel Luke. Bro. Rojas together with his wife, has served as New Converts Pastor, Spanish Foundation Pastor, English Foundation Pastor and over the last 5 years serves as the English Assistant Pastor. They currently supervise the areas of Friends & Family, Foundation, Faith in Action, Fruit Bearing and the following ministries: Youth, High School & Junior High and Prayer Ministry. Pastor Sam Rojas earned his B.A. in Theology from Christian Life College in Stockton, Ca (1990-1994) and was ordained into the ministry in 1998. Sis. Edna also earned her A.A. in Music and Women's ministry (1992-1994).

Carlos Torres

Carlos Torres immigrated to the United States at the young age of fifteen and immediately found much more than the American Dream. He found the reality of a new life in Christ. He was eagerly immersed in every church ministry and four years later found himself attending Bible College. In 1988, he married Rosie and thus joined forces to further fulfill God's mission in their lives. Since then, they have added three secret weapons to the platoon: Frankie (12), Christopher (10), and Levi (6). With their patience and support he is now honored to serve the Lord as Assistant Pastor to FTC's 500 plus strong and growing Spanish congregation.

Nat Ochoa

Nat Ochoa and his wife, Sis. Becky and their family transferred to Fountain of Truth Church in January 1999. They have been married for 29 years, and have two grown children, Cherie Leann Rodriguez (married to author Jacob Rodriguez www.truetouch.org)and Richard Nathan. Bro. Nat Ochoa currently serves as the Administrator. Sis. Becky is currently the Director of the Children's Ministry - both English and Spanish congregations.

George Lomeli

George Lomeli was born in Los Angeles, Ca. His very first instrument was an acoustic guitar. He began playing the guitar at the age of twelve and not long after he began playing the bass guitar. By the age of fifteen, he began playing the piano. Bro. George was baptized at the age of seventeen on New Year's Eve 1991. Fourteen years later, by the grace of God, he is still serving the Lord. God has blessed him with a beautiful, warm, caring wife (Rebecca) and two wonderful boys (Joshua and Daniel). For him, it is an honor and a privelege to serve FTC as director of music for the Spanish congregation.

Julio Martinez

Julio Martinez began ministering when he was two years old. He would sing regularly at his local church, and people would be blessed. God used him in an evangelistic ministry of music and preaching. At five years of age, he had the privilege of being Master of Ceremonies for a children's service. By the age of seven, he preached his first sermon. Since an early age, God used him to sing and to play various instruments at his local church. His music ministry grew and developed into a world of recording and producing albums for Christian singers.
He is currently the Fervent Worship Coordinator at FTC, and works as a music producer from his recording studio (Zion Studio), based out of Rancho Cucamonga, California. Julio is an inspired songwriter. It is easy to see that the songs he writes come from the heart, as they lead you to intimate worship to God. God has granted him the desires of his heart, by allowing him to grow and develop both spiritually and musically, under leaders who have made a positive impact and tremendous contributions to his ministry. Among these are Alvaro and Hector Hernandez, Pastor Ron Fernandez, Pastor Abel Aguilar, Jason Aguilar, Bishop Adam Lopez, Aaron Lopez, Abraham Tekelemariam, Bishop Samuel Valverde, and Pastor Guadalupe Munoz.
Julio and his wife Eve Martinez, currently reside in Southern California with their two sons, Isaac Ethan and Jonathan Luke. In January 2003, Julio became the Fervent Worship Coordinator at Fountain of Truth Church, under the leadership of Bishop Samuel Valverde.

Raquel Valverde

Raquel Valverde was born on December 1, 1957 in Tijuana, Baja Calif. Mexico to David & Elvira Contreras. She is the older of two siblings, a brother David and a sister Ana. Raquel grew up in Chula Vista and to this day most of her family lives there. Her mom was an only child so her father's family (he is one of ten) were a huge influence in her life. She was especially close to her maternal grandmother Maria Geraldo who passed away two years ago...

Alex Santos

Alex Santos was ordained into the ministry in 1989. He together with his wife and children lived on Oahu, Hawaii serving as missionaries (1993-2003). In April 2004 Alex and his wife, Danette and family, transferred to Fountain of Truth Church. They have been married for 19 years. He has two children, Alexzander and Alyssa . During the past two years, Alex together with his wife, has served as Prayer and Platform Coordinator and as the Friends & Family Pastor. He currently supervises the H.O.M.E. Groups Ministry.
