My name is Amanda Weynschenk. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Glenn for 14 years. We have a brilliant and beautiful, 11 year old daughter named Emily and a little rescue dog named Christy. We enjoy camping and off roading as a family. I enjoy helping others and am able to do so on a daily basis in my current occupation as a Police Dispatcher. Both of my parents have been and continue to be a strong influence in my life. I have learned unconditional love and compassion by their actions. We come from a large family and we all share those same traits. I believe that is why I am here, to help those in need.
The purpose of this ministry is to provide encouragement, hope and strength for tomorrow. We will meet once a month with those that are patients as well as survivors of various chronic life threatening illnesses and injuries. Family members and friends are also encouraged to join us. Our meetings will consist of open forums where we will be sharing experiences and miracles. We will encourage one another with words and prayer. Confidence will always be respected. Supports is also an important key to this ministry and will come in various forms... phone calls, cards,and hospital visits.
